Care and Cleaning
The Pet Toilet Synthetic Grass is designed to replicate a real grass environment for your pet. The Pet Toilet Synthetic Grass does not have a finished
edge as it would be a trap for urine and faeces. It is normal for the Synthetic Grass to shed, just as new carpet would with wear. Replacement Grass
will be required over time.
To extend the life of the product:
• Wee Care™ Pet Toilet Cleanser is the only recommended product for cleaning the Pet Toilet.
• Do not use chemical cleaners or bleach.
• Do not use cleaners or any other product that contain citrus.
Cleaning the Pet Toilet:
• Daily:
Pour warm water over the grass to flush out any excess urine.
• 2-3 times a week:
Spray Wee Care™ Pet Toilet Cleanser on the Pet Toilet and grass. Let air dry.
• Weekly:
Thoroughly spray the entire Pet Toilet with Wee Care™ Pet Toilet Cleanser and leave for 5-10 minutes. Remove the grass by
lifting the top of each Grass Holder Clip out of the grass and the bottom of each clip from the frame of the Pet Toilet. Rinse the entire unit with
warm water until rinse water is clear.
Do not rinse with boiling water. Use only warm tap water.
Replacement or extra grass can be purchased by visiting our website at www.petsafe.net or contacting our Customer Care Centre. With two
grasses on hand, you can always have a clean, dry grass available for your pet while the other dries.
Changing the Pee-Pod
™
Collection Tray:
• The Collection Tray should be changed every 1-2 days.
• To dispose of properly, place Pee-Pod™ Collection Tray and its contents into your regular rubbish bin. Disposing of Wee Sponge™ Urine
Absorption Powder in a sink or toilet could result in clogged plumbing pipes.
