INSTRUCTIONS
Step 3. Pick up the remaining flap of the Weather Cover and
slide it under the handle bar (as directed by the arrows).
Step 4. Attach the seven sets of Velcro pieces
(indicated by the arrows) so that the top and
bottom of the Weather Cover are fastened together.
On some models you may
have to remove tray first.
