Remove the center foam/cover piece.
Place the Flexion Footbox on the wheelchair footplates in the required position.
Drill 2 mounting holes through the bottom of the wheelchair footplates and through the bottom of
the Flexion Footbox plate as shown in Figure 1. Holes must be big enough for a ¼
-
20 screw.
Attach the Flexion Footbox to the footplate with screw (D or E), depending on the thickness of the
footplate; along with the washer (F), washers (G), and nut (H), using
hex key
(C), as shown in
Figure 2.
Reattach the center foam/cover piece.
Remove screw (A) and washer (B) on both sides using hex key (C), as shown in Figure 2.
Adjust the angle of the Flexion Footbox to the required position, as shown in Figure 3, and then
reattach screw (A) and washer (B) to lock the Flexion Footbox in place.

After installation is complete, check the product for proper functioning. Follow all instructions and
safety information provided with the product and provided by the manufacturer of the wheelchair
or other accessories.

Check daily to make sure that all hardware is fully tightened. DO NOT use the product if any part
cannot be tightened or is broken.

If you are unable to perform any tasks described in this document, seek assistance by contacting
the clinician, equipment provider, distributor, or Customer Support.
