Transport

Removing the back rest

To make transportation of the wheelchair/seat easier, the back rest can be

removed in a few simple moves.
1. Remove the back rest cushion. It is fixed in place by means of Velcro on the

rear of the cushion.

2. Remove the upper section of the back rest by carefully undoing the clip on

the rear of the back rest and pulling the upper section straight up at the

same time. See the illustration below.

If necessary, the head rest can also be removed - see page 35.

The upper section of the back rest is secured with a locking mechanism.
