 TROUBLESHOOTING

Unit shows fully charged but unit 

is not fully charged 

unplug the charging adaptor and 

then plug in again.

No response when pressing

power button

Low voltage protection may be 

active.  Recharge the battery unit.

Battery unit is generating 

excessive heat

if charging a laptop, try removing

the laptop battery.  If still hot, 

disconnect, allow unit to cool and

charge again later.

Short circuit protection. Check

clamps for proper connection.

Over discharge protection. Check

Jump Starter battery indicator

LEDs; battery may be too low;

recharge jump starter. If jump

starter is full, there may be

insufficient amperage in the

vehicle’s battery, and it may need

to be replaced.

The Red indicator LED is blinking

and black fuse holder alarms.

Reverse charge protection.

Disconnect jump starter from

battery.

Red and green indicator LEDs

light up together.

Over current protection. Vehicle

may require additional amperage,

and may not be able to be jumped

by this unit.

  location to inhibit rust. Always lock up tools and keep out of reach of
