Enables or disables Intel SpeedStep.

Enable or disable CPU C3 (ACPI C2) report to OS. 
 

Config TDP LOCK 

Lock the Config TDP control register 

 
Long duration power limit 

Long duration power limit in Watts, 0 means use factory default. 

 
Long duration maintained 

Time window which the long duration power is maintained. 

 
Short duration power limit 

Short duration power limit in Watts, 0 means use factory default. 

 
ACPI T State
