A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risks resulting from entanglement or tripping over a
longer cord. Extension cords may ONLY be used IF care is exercised and the following conditions are met:
• The marked electrical rating cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the
appliance.
• The extension cord must be a grounding-type 3 prong cord. The third prong should not be cut or
