REMOTE CONTROL

  1. ON/OFF Button 

Press to turn the unit ON/OFF.

  2.  ENERGY SAVER 

Press this button to operate the unit in Energy Saver mode.  

(See pg. 8 for more information.).

  3. FAN Button 

Press this button to operate the unit in FAN mode.

  4. DRY Button 

Press this button to operate the unit in DRY mode.

  5. COOL Button 

Press this button to operate the unit in COOL mode.

  6.  +/– BUTTONS 

These buttons are for increasing/decreasing the temperature 

settings within a range of 61 –  90°F (16 – 32°C) and for setting the 

time for the ON/OFF Timer.

  7.  H • FAN BUTTON 

Press this button to make the fan run at HIGH speed. The HIGH 

indicator light will be illuminated on the unit’s control panel.

  8.  M • FAN BUTTON 

Press this button to make the fan run at MEDIUM speed. The 

MED indicator light will be illuminated on the unit’s control panel.

 

9.  L • FAN BUTTON 

Press this button to make the fan run at LOW speed. The LOW 

indicator light will be illuminated on the unit’s control panel.

  10.  FILTER RESET Button 

After 250 hours of operation, the “CHECK FILTER” LED light will 

illuminate on the unit’s control panel, reminding you to clean the 

filter. Press this button to turn off the “CHECK FILTER” LED light 

on the unit and reset the check filter timer for 250 hours.

 11. TIMER Button 

Press this button to set the Timer for time Switch-On, Switch-Off 

or to cancel the timer. (See page 8 for more information.)

 NOTES ABOUT USING THE REMOTE CONTROL

• 

DO NOT

 place the remote near something with high temperature, such as an electric heating pad or radiator.

• 

DO NOT

 place the remote where it is exposed to direct sunlight or strong lights.

• 

DO NOT

 drop anything on the remote as this may cause damage.

• 

DO NOT

 block the area between the unit and remote or it will not receive signals from the remote.

• 

DO NOT

 splash water or other liquids onto the remote.

• 

DO NOT

 place heavy objects on the remote.

 REPLACING THE BATTERIES

When the signal is transmitted to the air conditioner and the unit does not give an acknowledgment sound, the batteries 

likely need to be replaced.

1.  Remove the battery case cover by sliding the cover open in the direction of the arrow. Take the used batteries out and 

dispose of them accordingly.

2.  Replace with new batteries, paying attention to the “+” and “–” marks of pole indications. Close the back cover.

NOTE: DO NOT

 mix old and new batteries.
