Press the SET button to enter your personal data. Enter all data in following sequence:

height
Confirm your data entry. Carefully step on the scale making sure your feet touch the
electrodes. The scale will display your weight, body fat, hydration, muscle and bone
percentage respectively.
The personal data will be memorized. Simply re-enter your code next time you step on
the scale.
