Shaving head attachment
1. Press the unlocking button (
4
) and remove the shaving head from the
appliance.
2. Push the shaving head down until it locks in place with an audible click.
NOTE: Inserting
the shaving head is possible only if the drive wheel of the
shaving head is above the drive wheel of the appliance.
For thorough cleaning, it is possible to remove
the
shaving attachment
from the shaving head
(see figure).
Switching on
1. Pull the protective cap (
1
) off the appliance.
2. Switch on the appliance by pushing the on/off switch
;
(
5
) up.
•
Level 1
(slower speed) for areas of the body which are particularly sensi-
tive or difficult to access.
•
Level 2
(higher speed) for faster epilation on larger and less sensitive
areas of the body (e.g. legs, arms).
Epilation
DANGER!
Particular care should be taken when used on sensitive
areas of the body (bikini line, armpits, etc.).
Wash your legs thoroughly with warm water and soap to provide the best
starting conditions for epilation.
1. Do not apply body lotions or other substances (e.g. shaving foam) to
avoid that the hair cannot be captured by the epilator.
2. Rub over your legs with a rough sponge or luffa sponge against the direc-
tion of hair growth so hairs growing into the skin stand up.
3. Pull the skin tight (figure 1).
4. Switch the appliance to the desired speed.
5. Place the appliance at an angle of approx. 90 ° onto your leg, whereby
the front of the appliance should face upwards (figure 1).
6. Guide the appliance in circular movements over the leg and allow it to
slide over the skin without additional pressure (figure 2).

Shaving
Long hair trimmer:
• Use the two long hair trimmers to shorten longer hairs.
rounded long hair trimmer
straight long hair trimmer
• The straight trimmer serves to shave longer hairs on flat areas of the skin
while the rounded trimmer is used for shaving longer hairs in the armpits
or bikini area.
