Windows CE Systems

Refer to the Pentax website at 

www.pentaxtech.com

 for the most 

current driver solutions. 

1.  Install Windows CE Services or Active Sync on your desktop 

computer. 

2.  Connect your Windows CE device to your desktop computer with 

the serial cable provided. 

3.  Insert the Driver Disk CD into the desktop computer’s CD drive. 
4.  Select “Installation,” select “PocketJet200” or PocketJet II,” and 

click continue. 

5.  Complete the registration information and then click “continue,” or 

click “skip” to proceed without completing the registration process. 

6.  Select “PocketJet 200”or PocketJet II” select “WindowsCE,” 

deselect any other operating system, and click “continue.” 

7.  Follow the on-screen instructions and complete the installation by 

clicking on “Done.”  Note:  You must select the version of 
Windows CE (either 2.0 or 2.1) that is installed in your computer. 

8.  Complete any additional warranty information requested, and then 

submit it using your preferred method. 

9.  Disconnect your Windows CE device from the desktop computer. 

Note: For uninstall instructions, see the “Read Me” file on the driver 

disk.
