3) Assemble the side “A” frames (ref. 2) with the braces, casters, and lead screw supports. Note: the “A” frame 4-hole
base plates should be pointed away from the center of the assembly. NOTE (See Detail B): Left side support has as post
with an 11/16” offset from the edge of the 4-hole plate. The post on the right side support is welded to edge of the 4-
hole plate.
a) Front Left Location – Install caster (ref. 6) and Left lead screw support (ref. 10) to the side “A” frame, end
brace (ref. 4) and side brace (ref. 3) in the following order: First, install (1) 5/16”-18 x 1” round head bolt (ref. 28)
with stop nut (ref. 32). Second, install (1) 5/16”-18 x 2 ½” round head bolt (ref. 30) through end brace and
secure with stop nut. Lastly, install (2) 5/16”-18 x 2 ½” round head bolts through side brace and secure with
stop nuts.
