IMPORTANT BEFORE USE
Read all instructions carefully before use and keep them for future reference. Plug the unit into an
outlet that meets the requirements of it and certified by a professional ONLY according to local
regulations.
Before using for the first time, carefully remove the appliance from its packaging; Remove the
protective films (please respect the environment). Heat the appliance at the first use with nothing
on its surface to remove any residues from its manufacture. Smoke may appear on the first heating,
allow it to warm up as long as the smoke disappears (these are due to a protective oil applied to
the appliance).
Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid and make sure that the electrical parts
remain dry. Carefully dry the unit and accessories with a dry cloth before use. Check that the
heating element is always clean.

HOW TO OPERATE THE HEATING PLATE
This type of appliance is to be used exclusively for cooking or reheating food with the utensil
provided for this purpose. Never use outdoors. Never use it for professional use. Always use

used. It is not intended that the receptacle can protrude from the heated base.
