PEM guarantee its household utensils and accessories against defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 2
years from the date of purchase or delivery in countries where the products are distributed. In case of problems the
consumer should contact the dealer to determine the injury. If the dealer was not representative or reseller of PEM
brand, consumers can contact via www.pem-online.eu website. After evaluation of the defective product and the
presentation of proof of purchase of it from the dealer, or representative from PEM, the validity of the guarantee will be
approved. The defective unit will be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. If the product was not exchangeable, it
would be replaced with an equivalent product or value by the dealer, the agent, or EMP. The terms of the guarantee as
PEM obligation (and only one) to have to replace the device that the defect is proven, and if proof of purchase is
accompanied with it. exclusions This warranty does not cover and excludes damage due to shock, misuse or improper
use or not due to a breach of the operating manual, maintenance, unauthorized modification or repair or authorized by
the distributor or PEM. PEM does not include normal wear and tear in the use of the guarantee, or in any case below:
- Overheating due to misuse, prolonged exposure to the heat of a flame, empty ...
- Tasks, discoloration, scratches on the inside or outside of the device and its components / accessories - Any
exposure or accidents from fire, flood or natural disaster (including power surges or network malfunction)
- The damage of the device by insects, animals, dust, humidity, ...
- The use of the device in a business or professional context
- Consumable parts replacement (batteries, joints, ...)
- ANY product having strokes related to a fall or not, in the internal or external structure of the product and its
accessories (glasses, ...)
- Damage related to thermal shock
Consumer Rights and additional information
PEM guarantee does not affect the legal rights which benefit the consumer which can not be excluded or limited by the
warranty. It does not also excluded the legal rights of distributors , product resellers. The warranty provides specific legal
rights and the consumer can also benefit from certain specific rights related to the State, the region or the country where
