PUTTING THE TOOL INTO SERVICE
Before starting to work, check the remaining amount of material through the openings located on each side
of reel holder 10.
- Stop tying when the end of the material is visible (no material left on the reel holder), and there are
approximately 10 cm (4 in) of material left at the rear of the tool.
- Release removable nose 1 and remove it by sliding it forwards.
- Remove upper guide 20.
- Perform a few cycles by pressing on trigger 2 until all the material has emerged from the top of the tool.
USING THE TOOL WITHOUT MATERIAL COULD DAMAGE IT.
- Pull out the piece of tie left inside twister 21.
- Reinstall upper guide 20 and removable nose 1.
END OF REEL
- Release cover 9 from reel holder 10 and remove the cover.

Hold reel rear flange 8b, rotate front flange 8a clockwise and remove it.
- Install a new roll of tie material by routing the material end through outlet hole 4 and by matching the
fourings with the four flats located on the reel rear flange 8b.

Reinstall front flange 8a and remove the four rings.
- Reinstall cover 9 on reel-holder 10.
- Unwind the material over the required length, taking care not to twist it around the power cord 6.
