8.3. STORING THE TOOL

Important

• In the event of prolonged storage, grease the output shaft of the angle gear (refer to Section 6.5, “Angle

gear lubrication”).

• Always make sure the tool is clean and its battery is charged before storing it.

• The Brush cutter Excelion 2 LH must be stored away from heat, dust and humidity at an ambient temperature

between 0° C and 40° C.

• The machine and the battery must be stored in their original packaging, in a dry place and out of the reach

of children.

The Brush cutter Excelion 2 LH is equipped with an at-

tachment point (17) which allows the tool to be suspend-

ed against a wall.

In the case of a first installation:

Install at a height of 1.90 metres from the ground:

1. • either a screw whose head is at least 5 mm high

and has a head diameter of less than 10 mm.

• Or a hook whose diameter is less than 5 mm.

Note

The attachment point should protrude 25mm

from the wall.

Use screws suitable for the material that com-

poses your wall.

2. Hang the Brush cutter on the wall by its attachment

point (17).
