Operation
1.
Manual operation
a.
Press the manual operation button to cycle through various lighting modes as follows:
White LED On > Red LEDs On > Red LEDs SOS flashing > Off
b.
In main LED mode, press and hold the manual operation button to cycle through
output levels (100%-10%), release button when desired brightness level is reached.
c.
In main LED mode, rotate the bezel to focus the beam.
2.
IR Sensor operation
a.
Press the IR Sensor button to enable Sensor function:
White LED On > Off
b.
In Sensor mode, wave hand in front of the IR sensor slowly to cycle through On > Off
c.
Press IR Sensor button to switch off completely after use.
(IR does not work with black rubber materials.)
Battery Replacement
1.
Push down on the battery cover lock in the center top of the light body.
2.
Open the battery cover.
3.
Remove old batteries (dispose of properly) and replace with three 1.5V AAA size
alkaline batteries according to the polarity label.
4.
Close the battery cover.

1.
Hazardous location safety approvals for explosive environments are only valid for the specified
cell type manufacturer and, where applicable, brand names that are displayed on the flashlight
and/or instructions sheets that are supplied with the light.
2.
The use of other battery technologies may reduce the performance of the the flashlight.
Always read the battery manufacturers recommendations for the appropriate use of the battery
technology/brand prior to using them in the flashlight.
3.
When replacing the batteries:
a. Replace all the batteries at the same time.
b. Do not mix battery brands and old and new batteries.
c. Always insert batteries correctly with regard to polarity (+ and -) marked on the battery
and equipment.
4.
Do not change batteries in a hazardous location.
5.
Remove batteries from equipment if it is not to be used for an extended period of time.
