at a recycling center and disposed  

of in an environmentally friendly  

manner.

Description

Extra powerful motor stand that can withstand 

680 kg. Specially designed for heavier and larger 

engines. Equipped with four cast iron wheels. The 

distance between the center of the mounting plate 

down to the top of the legs is 630 mm. Width: 800 

mm

Warning

• 

Never exceed the maximum capacity of 680 Kg.

• 

Always place the motor stand on a hard sur-

face.

• 

Never move the motor stand over a floor with 

cracks or other defects when you have a mo-

tor on the stand. This entails risks of personal 

injury and / or damage to the motor stand as 

well as a suspended motor.

• 

Never work directly under the motor attached to 

the stand.

• 

Always make sure and check that the motor 

stand is stable and secure.

• 

Inspect the engine rack at regular intervals and 

look for damage, defects or loose parts.

• 

By following the instructions above, you minimi-

ze the risk of personal injury and / or property 

damage.

Assembly instructions

1.  Attach the two (2) front 3.5 "wheels (# 15) to 

the legs (# 14) using the bolts (# 18), nuts (# 

17), and lock washers (# 16).

2.  Attach the two (2) rear 3 "wheels (# 13) to the 

rear beam (# 9) with nuts (# 12) and lock wash-

ers (# 11).

3.  Attach the two (2) legs (# 14) to the rear beam 

with the bolts # (10).

4.  Insert the column (# 8) in the rear beam (# 9) 

and secure with a bolt (# 10).

5.  Insert the rotating plate (# 6) through the top of 

the column (# 8). Rotate the plate until the hole 

in the top of the column (# 8) meets the hole in 

the arm of the rotating plate (# 6). Then insert 

the locking pin (# 7).

6.  Insert the handle (# 1) into the hole on the rota-

ting plate arm (# 6).

7.  Secure the four (4) engine mounts (# 2) to the 

rotating plate (# 6) with bolts (# 5), flat washers 

(# 3), and nuts (# 4).

8.  Important, make sure everything is securely 

fastened before use.
