Scrapping

Recycle any unwanted material,  

do not throw it in the household  

rubbish. All machines, accessories 

and packaging must be sorted and left 

at a recycling center and disposed  

of in an environmentally friendly  

manner.

Read this manual carefully before using the product. 

Protect yourself and others by following all safety 

information, warnings and precautions. Failure to 

follow the instructions may result in personal injury 

and / or damage to the product or property. Keep 

instructions for future reference.

Important safety information

General tool safety warnings:
Read all safety warnings and instructions. Failure to 

follow the warnings and instructions may result in 

electric shock, fire and / or serious injury.

1. 

Keep the work area clean. Dirty areas and work-

benches invite accidents.

2. 

Do not use in hazardous environments. Do not 

use power tools in damp or wet places, or ex

-

pose them to rain. Keep the work area well lit.

3. 

Keep children away. All visitors must be kept at 

a safe distance from the work area.

4. 

Wear the right clothes. Do not wear loose clo-

thing, ties, rings, bracelets or other jewelry that 

may get caught in moving parts. Non-slip shoes 

are recommended. Use hair nets to hold in long 

hair.

5. 

Always wear safety goggles. Also use face or 

dust masks if it is very dusty. Ordinary glasses 

only have impact-resistant lenses, they are NOT 

safety glasses.

6. 

Maintain the tool with care. Keep tools clean for 

best and safest performance. Follow the instruc-

tions for lubrication and replacement of acces-

sories.

7. 

Disconnect tools before servicing.

8. 

Reduce the risk of unintentional start-ups. Make 

sure the power switch is in the off position be-

fore connecting it.

9. 

Use recommended accessories. See the manual 

for recommended accessories. Use of incorrect 

accessories may cause personal injury.

Safety warnings, vacuum cleaner for industrial 

blasters

1. 

Do not use if the vacuum cleaner is clogged or 

blocked in any way.

2. 

Do not use the vacuum cleaner without a filter (# 

18) on site. Make sure that the filter is not clog

-

ged before each use.

3. 

The vacuum cleaner is only designed to collect 

dry debris. Do not use the vacuum cleaner to col-

lect water (or any other liquid) from floor contai

-

ners such as sinks, bathtubs, dishes, etc.

4. 

Do not use for abrasives that contain crystal-

line silica. Silica containing abrasives has been 

linked to serious respiratory diseases such as si-

licosis. Use suitable abrasives such as alumina, 

glass bead or walnut shells.

5. 

Do not use with any protective features turned 

off, damaged or removed.

6. 

Use only approved safety equipment. Unappro

-

ved equipment does not provide sufficient pro

-

tection. Eye protection must be ANSI-approved 

and respiratory protection must be NIOSH-appro-

ved for the specific hazards in the work area.

7. 

Maintain labels and type plates on the vacuum 

cleaner. These contain important safety infor-

mation. If they are illegible or missing, contact 

Verktygsboden to replace them.

8. 

People with pacemakers should consult a phy-

sician before use. Electromagnetic fields near 

the pacemaker may cause interference or failure 

of the pacemaker.

9. 

The warnings, precautions, and instructions dis-

cussed in this manual may not cover all possible 

conditions and situations that may arise. It must 

be understood by the operator that common 

sense and caution are factors that can not be 

built into this product, but must be supplied by 

the operator.

11. Never leave the tool running unattended. Turn off 

the power. Do not leave the tool until it has come 

to a complete stop.

12. Check for damaged parts. Before using the tool 

further, a guard or other damaged part should be 

carefully checked to determine that it will work 

properly and perform the intended function, - 

check that moving parts are properly aligned, 

that there are no breaks in wiring, assembly and 

other conditions that may affect its operation. A 

cover or other damaged part should be repaired 

or completely replaced.
