16 •Press the 2 identical central headlights into
place paying attention to the 3 respective
slots.
17 •Proceed to mount the remaining 2 side
headlights. Caution! The 2 headlights are
not identical: check the direction of
insertion into the slots.
18 •Place the bucket bottom-up as shown.
Locate the LEFT loader frame arm, remove
the tape and place this end into the large
slot in the bucket. Note, the bent end of
the spring must be positioned in the small
slot in the bucket and align the holes.
19 •Place a washer (from the hardware bag)
on the bolt and insert the bolt into the
aligned holes to connect the bucket to the
frame arm. Place a 2nd washer onto the
bolt, then then the nut. Tighten with
screwdriver and pliers. Repeat on the
RIGHT side.
20 •Assemble the front loader frame; Place 1
of the cross members into the slots
(hollow side down) between the frame
arms at the bucket end of the frame.
21 •Secure it in position with the two screws
supplied (one on each side).
22 •Place the 2nd cross member into the slots
(hollow side down) between the frame
arms at the bucket end of the frame.
23 •Secure it in position with the two screws
supplied (one on each side).
24 •Place a 7mm chrome fastener in the slot
on the right side of the bucket; the hole in
the fastener must be visible through the
hole in the bucket.
25 •Remove the elastic band holding the lever
and the metal bar attached to the bucket
in place.
26 •Position the large dump control lever in
the “up” position, with the dump control
arm rod pointing toward the bucket. Place
the control rod end into the attachment
hole in the bucket and press in firmly.
27 •Place the handle as shown in photo; photo
A shows the CORRECT position of the
lower tab; INSIDE the slot. Photo B shows
it installed INCORRECTLY.
28 •Fit a nut in the hexagonal hole on the
inside of the handle. Fit the bolt to the
other side.
29 •Secure the handle in position by tightening
up the bolt. Repeat the same procedure on
the other side of the handle.
30 •Place the assembled front loader onto the
tractor.

en veillant à les enclencher correctement
dans leurs 3 logements respectifs.
17 •Continuer en installant les 2 feux avant
latéraux restants. Attention ! Les 2 feux
avant latéraux ne sont pas identiques :
vérifier le sens d’insertion dans leurs
logements.
18 •Retourner la pelle comme indiqué sur la
figure. Après avoir repéré le bras
GAUCHE du chargeur, retirer le ruban et
positionner cette extrémité dans le
logement le plus large sur la pelle. Veiller à
positionner la partie recourbée du bras
dans le plus petit logement de la pelle et à
faire coïncider les trous.
19 •Insérer une rondelle (du sachet de
composants) sur le boulon puis le boulon
dans les trous alignés pour fixer la pelle au
bras articulé. Insérer une seconde rondelle
sur le boulon, puis l’écrou. Serrer à l’aide
d’un tournevis et d’une pince. Répéter
l’opération pour le côté DROIT.
20 •Assembler le chargeur frontal : placer une
entretoise dans les logements (côté creux
vers le bas) entre les deux bras du côté de
la pelle.
21 •La fixer à l’aide des deux vis fournies (une
par côté).
22 •Placer une seconde entretoise dans les
logements correspondants (côté creux
vers le bas) entre les deux bras du côté de
la pelle.
23 •La fixer à l’aide des deux vis fournies (une
par côté).
24 •Glisser un boulon chromé de 7 mm dans
la fente sur le côté droit de la pelle. Le
trou du boulon doit être visible à travers
celui de la pelle.
25 •Retirer le ruban élastique qui maintient le
levier et la barre métallique attachés à la
pelle.
26 •Positionner le grand levier de vidage dans
la position du haut, avec la tige du levier de
vidage vers la pelle. Insérer l’extrémité de
la tige du levier de vidage dans le trou de
fixation de la pelle et l’enclencher en
appuyant vigoureusement.
27 •Positionner la poignée comme indiqué sur
la figure. La figure A montre la position
CORRECTE de la languette inférieure
DANS le logement. La photo B montre
une installation INCORRECTE.
28 •Insérer un écrou dans le trou hexagonal
sur l’intérieur de la poignée. Insérer le
boulon de l’autre côté.
29 •Fixer la poignée en serrant le boulon.
Répéter cette procédure pour l’autre côté
de la poignée.
30 •Positionner le chargeur frontal sur le
tracteur.
16 •Presionar los 2 faros delanteros idénticos
en su lugar prestando atención a las 3
ranuras correspondientes.
17 •Proceder a montar los dos faros laterales
restantes. ¡Cuidado! Los dos faros laterales
no son idénticos: comprobar la dirección a
la hora de insertarlos en las ranuras.
18 •Colocar la pala bocabajo tal y como se
muestra en la figura. Tomar el brazo
IZQUIERDO de carga, retirar la cinta
adhesiva y colocar el extremo en la ranura
grande de la pala. Tener en cuenta que el
extremo curvo del resorte debe quedar
insertado en la ranura pequeña de la pala y
los orificios alineados.
19 •Colocar una arandela (de la bolsa de
herramientas) en el perno e insertar éste
en los orificios alineados para sujetar la
pala al brazo de carga. Colocar una
segunda arandela en el perno y, a
continuación, la tuerca. Apretar con ayuda
de un destornillador y unos alicates.
Repetir el procedimiento para el brazo del
lado DERECHO.
20 •Montar la estructura de carga delantera;
colocar uno de los travesaños de carga
(parte hueca hacia abajo) entre los dos
brazos en el extremo cercano a la pala.
21 •Asegurarlo en su lugar con los dos
tornillos correspondientes (uno a cada
lado).
22 •Colocar el segundo de los travesaños de
carga (parte hueca hacia abajo) entre los
dos brazos en el extremo cercano a la
pala.
23 •Asegurarlo en su sitio con los dos tornillos
correspondientes (uno a cada lado).
24 •Colocar un elemento de fijación cromado
de 7mm en la ranura situada en el lado
derecho de la pala; el orificio de dicho
elemento debe quedar visible a través del
orificio de la pala.
25 •Quitar la banda elástica que sujeta la
palanca y la barra metálica a la pala.
26 •Colocar la palanca grande de control de
volcado “hacia arriba”, con la varilla del
brazo apuntando hacia la pala. Insertar el
extremo de la varilla de control en el
orificio de ajuste de la pala y presionar con
firmeza para que quede en su lugar.
27 •Colocar el manubrio tal y como se
muestra en la figura, DENTRO de la
ranura; la figura A muestra la posición
CORRECTA de la pestaña inferior. La
figura B muestra una colocación
INCORRECTA.
28 •Colocar una tuerca en el orificio hexagonal
de la parte interna del manubrio. Colocar
el perno en el lado opuesto.
29 •Asegurar el manubrio en su lugar
apretando el perno. Repetir el
procedimiento en el otro lado del
manubrio.
30 •Colocar la estructura de carga frontal ya
montada sobre el tractor.
