STEP 4.
Align
bottom
chair frame
with rear legs,
making sure peg and
peg holes align.

Take apart one Barrel
Bolt Assembly, inserting
the Barrel Bolt into a set
of lined-up holes, if the
Barrel Bolt doesn't go in
easily, push it all the way
in using the Allen Wrench.
Fit Bolt Fastener over the
bottom of the Barrel Bolt
and tighten using the Allen
Wrench and a Standard
Phillips Head Screwdriver.
Do not over tighten.
Repeat for opposite side.

Insert screw as
shown

and
secure into place using drill.
Turn chair over and repeat
for opposite side.

STEP 2.

Line up the other set of holes,
repeating this step with a
second Barrel Bolt Assembly.

STEP 5.
Turn chair with right side facing up. Align both peg holes in
the arm/leg assembly with pegs on side of chair. (You may need
to wiggle the chair seat to allow for proper seeding.) Attach barrel
bolt assembly as previously instructed for each of the 3 holes on
the side of the chair. Do not over tighten. Flip chair over to left side
and repeat with left leg.
STEP 6.
Insert screw as
shown
(Figure 6)
and
secure into place using drill.
Turn chair over and repeat
for opposite side.
