To PREPARE for a power emergency, charge
via AC plug in your home:
1. Remove AC cord from the storage pouch.
2. Connect the AC input on the back of the unit
and to your wall outlet.
3. Leave unit to charge 3.5 - 4.5 hours. The unit
does not need to be powered on to charge, and
will stop charging automatically when full.
4. After 4.5 hours, unplug for storage.
1. On back of unit, press the Power
Button. It will turn blue and
power on the unit.
2. Plug your device into one of the
ports on the front of the
machine. If you're plugging it
into the AC outlets, flip the
AC switch on. If you're plugging
it into the USB outlets, flip the
USB switch on.
3. Turn your device on!
4. When done, press the Power
Button again to turn the unit off.
DURING a power emergency, charge your battery via
solar power:
1. Open the solar panel and place outdoors in
direct sunlight.
2. Connect the solar panel to the DC inputs on the
back of the unit via the solar connector cord.
3. Leave unit to charge for as long as the sun is up. The
unit does not need to be powered on to charge, and
will stop charging automatically when full.
4. After sunset, unplug for storage.

Store your generator fully charged and turned off in a cool, dry place such as a closet
or pantry. Avoid storage locations that may be subject to extreme temperatures. We
recommend you charge the unit every 6 months and use it once a year, at minimum.
