SOLAR POWERED GARDEN LIGHT
How solar lights work
During the day, the solar panel converts the solar power into electricity and recharges the battery.
At night, solar light turns ON automatically with the electricity stored during the day. The number
of hours of illumination depends on the geographical location, weather conditions and seasonal
lighting availability.
A best location for solar light
Solar light will perform better at an outdoor location where its solar panel can receive direct sunlight
up to eight hours or longer each day. At shadowed locations, the battery will not be fully charged and
the lighting hours at night will be reduced.
Precautions (prior to first time use)
1. To maximize battery capacity, the solar light should
be fully charged by direct sunlight for eight
hours before initial use.
2. Do not place solar light near a lighted object as the
unit may not work properly.
3. Under extremely cold temperatures, the battery may
not charge fully. In such cases, the solar light may
not stay illuminated as long.

Assembly and operation
(See Fig.1)
1. Place fixture in a location that gets full sun for at least
eight hours. Do not place near light sources such as
torch lights and streetlights, The light may turn off and
flicker.
2. Carefully remove your solar light from the box.
3. Caution: Turn the switch in “ON” position before use
the unit.
4. Do not press on the surface of the solar panel because this can cause damage to solar module.
5. Install the plastic ring and glass shade, gently slide them into the frame in place. (Fig. 1 )
6. Attach the dome to the frame, then secure it with the set screws.
