HARDWARE CONTENTS
WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons:
• Always be certain that the electric current is turned off before installing, cleaning, or maintaining
these lighting products.
• If attached to a movable cabinet, route and secure cords so that they will not be pinched or
damaged when the cabinet is pushed to the wall.
• Not intended for recessed installation in ceilings, or soffits.
• This lighting fixture is for indoor use only.
• Not intended for surface installation inside built-in furnishings such as kitchen cabinets, china
cabinets, or trophy cases.
• The National Electric Code (NEC) does not permit cords to be concealed where damage to the
insulation may go unnoticed. To prevent fire damage, do not run cord behind walls, ceilings,
soffits, or cabinets where it may be inaccessible for examination. Cords should be visually
examined periodically and immediately replaced when any damage is noted.
• Do not alter cords in any manner.
• Do not touch hot lens.

and installation of this fixture.
• If you have any doubts about how to install this lighting fixture, or if the fixture fails to operate
completely, please contact a qualified licensed electrical contractor.
• All parts must be used as indicated in these instructions. Do not substitute any parts, leave parts
out, or use any parts that are worn out or broken. Failure to obey this instruction could invalidate
the ETL certification, UL listing. or C.S.A. certification of this fixture.
• This fixture has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature. This plug
can be used in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse
the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord
unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
• Not for use with a dimmer.
• Use only the plastic clips provided to secure the wires.
• Not for use with plastic furniture.
• Do not mount over a sink or stove.
• The mounting surface must be at least 1/2 inch thick.
