Step 1.
Once Frame is loosely assembled,
mount the pipe bracket to the 4x8’ low-pro
frame using M10x60mm bolt/nut. Mount at
each end of the 8’ Side Rail.
Step 2.
Install Handrail Vertical Supports in
the pipe bracket. Handrail Vertical
Supports can be orientated inside the
Gangway or outside. Both ends should be
set equally, then tighten set screws.
Step 3.
Install each horizontal aluminum
pipe through the sleeves on the Handrail
Vertical Supports and into position. Tighten
set screws.

Frame Assembly
Gangway
4’ Frame Assembly:
-Unwrap frame and components. Lay out the
pieces as shown to the right. Following that
diagram, align each tube so the labeled letters
match up in all 4 corners. Angles are numbered
to correspond with the diagram. Align angles,
and assemble using M10x60mm Bolt/Nut.
-TIP: Loosely tighten bolts/nut. Pipe Bracket and
Low Pro Transition Inserts (16’ Gangway) will
share bolts/nuts.
8’ Frame Assembly:
-Unwrap shore ramp frame and components. Lay
out the pieces as shown. Angle brackets are
numbered to correspond with picture below. The 8’
ramp has corner angles with a gusset welded to the
bottom. Use M10x60mm bolts/nuts, assemble
frame using angles.
-TIP: Loosely tighten bolts/nut. Pipe Bracket and
Low Pro Transition Insert (16’ Gangway) will share
bolts/nuts.
