CONNECTIONS
C94/60-T
The speaker ca be connected to
audio lines at constant voltage
(100V / 70V) or with constant
impedance (switch set at 8
Ohm).
Connect the negative conductor
from amplifier’s output (’0'/
‘COM’ / ‘-’) to the ‘-’ of speaker
input connector (A).
Connect amplifier’s positive
conductor (output 100V/70V or
‘+’) to the ‘+’ of the connector (A).
A speaker can be used both in constant voltage sound
systems and constat impedance systems.
CONSTANT VOLTAGE SYSTEMS
The input voltage selected on the speaker must
correspond to the voltage selected on the amplifier
output.
The sum of the nominal power values of all the
connected speakers must not exceed that of the
amplifier.
CONSTANT IMPEDANCE SYSTEMS
The total load impedance of all the connected speakers
must be no less than the impedance selected on the
amplifier output, to avoid the risk of serious damage to
the amplifier.
The sum of nominal power values of all connected
speakers must be no less than that of the amplifier.
Connection cable lengths must be kept to the
indispensable minimum.
