Set-up
1.
Attach the laser to a Basic Optics bench by aligning the base
of the holder with the central channel of the bench and push-
ing down to snap it in place.
2.
Squeeze the base of the holder and slide the laser along the
bench to the desired location.
3.
Connect the AC adapter to a wall outlet and the power input
jack.
4.
Slide the power switch on the back of the laser to turn the
beam on or off.
5.
Turn the vertical and horizontal adjustment screws to aim the
beam.
Notes
•
These lasers are designed for use in room temperature envi-
ronments (10° C to 35° C).
•
For optical power stability, allow the laser to warm up for 5
to 10 minutes.
•
These lasers are designed for use in student labs and class-
room demonstrations.
•
To maximize laser life, turn off the laser when it is unat-
tended or not in use.
