TERMS AND STAGES OF WARRANTY REPAIR
Upon detection of equipment failure, the buyer will contact the
seller to fill in the warranty card and hand over the product for the
technical expertise and repair. After receipt of the equipment, Service
center within 3 (three) working days diagnose equipment and provide a
conclusion on the degree of fault and the timing of repair. This conclusion
and the repair terms refers to the Buyer via e-mail or mobile phone.
In case of no warranty repair, Service center provides an invoice
specifying the work and the cost of repairs, which is transferred for
review and approval to the Buyer.
Repair of equipment takes up to ten (10) working days if the
necessary component base. In other cases, the date of the repair and
possible use of buffer stock will be reported separately. Details and
conditions are discussed individually with the lead Manager or specialists
of the Service center.
After repairs, with the Buyer agreed time and method of obtaining
the restored equipment.
