Controllare regolarmente che il numero di giri
dell'utensile ad aria compressa non superi quello
dell'indicazione del numero di giri applicato
sull'utensile ad aria compressa. I controlli del
numero di giri devono essere eseguiti senza
utensile applicato.
■
Assicurarsi che durante il lavoro, la formazione
di scintille e di frammenti non rappresenti un
pericolo.
■
Disconnettere l'utensile ad aria compressa
dall'alimentazione dell'aria compressa prima di
sostituire utensili o accessori, e prima di eseguire
una regolazione, manutenzione o pulizia.
■
Assicurarsi che non sussistano pericoli anche
per altre persone.
Pericoli derivanti da cattura /
avvolgimento
■
I pericoli derivanti da cattura / avvolgimento
possono dare luogo a soffocamento, scotenna-
mento e / o ferite da taglio, avvicinando abiti
ampi, gioielli personali, catene, capelli o guanti
alla macchina e accessori.
■
I guanti potrebbero essere catturati dall'aziona-
mento rotante, con conseguenti lesioni o fratture
delle dita.
■
In caso di telai e prolunghe dell'azionamento,
si può facilmente verificare la cattura / avvolgi-
mento di guanti gommati o rinforzati in metallo.
■
Non indossare guanti larghi, usurati o mezzi
guanti che lasciano le dita scoperte.
■
Non afferrare mai l'azionamento, il telaio o la
prolunga.
■
Tenere le mani lontano dall'azionamento
rotante.
■
Indossare un abbigliamento idoneo. Non in-
dossare abiti larghi o gioielli. Tenere lontani i
capelli, gli abiti e i guanti dall'utensile ad aria
compressa e relative parti in movimento. Gli
abiti ampi e sciolti, i gioielli o i capelli lunghi
possono essere catturati dalle parti in movimen-
to. Sussiste il pericolo di lesioni.
■
Durante l'esercizio, la sostituzione di accessori
nonché lavori di riparazione o manutenzione
al trapano o alla maschiatrice, è necessario
indossare sempre una solida protezione per gli
occhi. Il grado della protezione necessaria deve
essere valutato separatamente per ogni uso.
Pericoli durante l'utilizzo

Durante l'uso della macchina, le mani dell'o-
peratore possono essere esposte a pericoli da
schiacciamento, colpi, taglio, attrito e calore.
Indossare guanti idonei per proteggere le mani.
■
Evitare il contatto con l'albero rotante e con
l'utensile utilizzato, per impedire tagli alle mani
e ad altre parti del corpo.
■
L'operatore e il personale di manutenzione
devono essere fisicamente all'altezza di gestire
dimensioni, peso e potenza della macchina.
■
Sostenere la macchina correttamente: è ne-
cessario essere pronti a opporre resistenza ai
movimenti previsti o imprevisti, tenendo pronte
entrambe le mani.
■
Assicurarsi di poter mantenere il corpo in equili-
brio e di disporre di un appoggio sicuro.
■
Provvedere a una posizione sicura e mantenere
sempre l'equilibrio.
■
Possono verificarsi elevate coppie di reazioni a
seguito di blocchi derivanti da pesi eccessivi sul
trapano, dall'angolatura del trapano nel mate-
riale da lavorare o dal passaggio del trapano
attraverso il materiale in lavorazione.
■
Evitare la messa in funzione involontaria. In
caso di interruzione dell'alimentazione di aria,
spegnere l'utensile ad aria compressa dall'inter-
ruttore On / Off.
