Charging the battery pack

CAUTION!

Always disconnect the power plug

before removing the battery pack

the charger and before connecting it to the
charger.
NOTE

Our battery packs

are partially
charged. Charge the battery pack
completely before first use.

The battery pack

can be charged at
any time as needed without shortening its
service life.

Interrupting the charging process does not
damage the battery pack
[ 5]
.

Never charge the battery pack
[ 5]
if the
ambient temperature is below +10 °C or
above +40 °C.
Insert the battery pack
[ 5]
into the
charger
[ ]
.
Connect the power plug
[ ]
to a suitable
socket-outlet.
The charging control LEDs (green
[ ]
and
red
[ ]
) indicate the charging status of the
battery pack
[ 5]
:
LED Status
Red LED lights up Battery pack is charging
Green LED lights up Battery pack fully charged
When the battery pack is fully charged:
Disconnect the power plug
[ ]
from the
socket-outlet.
Remove the battery pack
[ 5]
from the
charger
[ ]
.

Inserting the battery pack
into the product

Align the ribs

of the battery pack

with
the battery compartment’s slots.
Slide the battery pack completely into
the battery compartment until the battery
latches

lock with an audible click into the
battery compartment.

Removing the battery pack

Press and hold the battery latches

Pull the battery pack

out of the battery
compartment.

length for staples and nails:
– the thickness of the material to be fastened
– the composition and hardness of the base
material
