Left / Right Side Cameras
When installed correctly the
RVM-073A
can display the video feed from a side
camera when the corresponding indicator
is activated. When activated the side view
video feed will be displayed on screen until
the indicator has been disengaged.
PRECAUTIONS FOR USE OF MIRROR MONITOR
1.
The Mirror monitor is made of glass. Avoid dropping the
RVM-073A
mirror monitor from any height or
subjecting the device to impact or shock.
2.
Do not apply excessive force to the mirrored or monitor surface as this may damage the screen causing
colours to be displayed incorrectly.
3.
Do not attempt to disassemble the mirror monitor. Doing so will void all warranties.
4.
When cleaning the mirror monitor, spray glass cleaner onto a paper towel or micro fibre cloth. Do not
spray glass cleaner directly onto the mirror monitor as this can result in damage to the internal circuitry.

The rear view mirror monitor is designed to provide visual assistance only.
Please note
that the video
displayed on screen may differ to the actual conditions. It is recommended that the driver is always
aware of their surroundings without solely relying on the rear view mirror monitor.
2.
Do not use a rear view camera system with the vehicle’s tailgate open.
3.
Objects under or around the bumper cannot be displayed as it is likely they will fall outside the viewable
range of your rear view camera.
