15.0 TROUBLESHOOTING
REMINDER
Please ensure that there is no obstruction between
your smartphone and the device and that the
Bluetooth and Wi-Fi signal communication is
uninterrupted. Otherwise, the functions of the
device cannot be used smoothly.
PROBLEM
SOLUTION
Unable to start the
device.
Check whether the DC head of the 12V power
cord is damaged or worn.
Check whether the fuse of the power plug is
disconnected or damaged.
No touch control
response
Touch control is invalid during powering up of
the device. Wait for the device to be powered
on before using it.
Check whether the touch control is damaged.
Do not touch the display screen with any sharp
object as the screen is easily scratched and
damaged.
