Starting the Test Kit

ATTENTION!

Risk of material damage though residues of demineralised water in the supply
tank.
During the quality control of the test kit, a function test is completed using
demineralised water. Therefore, residual demineralised water could still be in the
supply tank.

►

Check the compatibility of demineralised water and application for use!

►

If they are incompatible, flush the supply tank with hydraulic fluid!

CAUTION!

Risk of injury through damaged test kit.

►

Check the test kit for signs of damage prior to use!

►

Never put a damaged test kit into operation!

►

Send damaged test kits back to the manufacturer for repair!

CAUTION Risk of crushing!

Fingers or hands could be crushed when the hand grips are pushed together.

►

Do not reach in between the two hand grips!

►

Do not take hold of the piston rod!

►

Do not reach in between the hand grips and supply tank!

ATTENTION!

Risk of material damage through soiling.

►

Keep the test object, adapters and seals free of soiling!

ATTENTION!

Risk of material damage through exceeding the torque.

►

Never exceed the maximum torque of 25 Nm for the ServiceJunior and
test object!
