TROUBLE SHOOTING
FAULT PROBABLE CAUSE SOLUTION
When switched on Plug is not well connected or electric Check plug, socket and fuses
the machine will socket is faulty
not start working
The main voltage is insufficient Check that the main voltage is
lower than minimum requirement adequate
The pump is blocked Clean
Thermal safety switch has tripped Switch off the unit and let the engine
cool for a few minutes
Leave the lance open
Fluctuating The pump sucks air Check that hoses and connections
pressure are airtight
Valves are dirty, worn out or stuck
Clean and replace or refer to dealer
Pump seals worn out
Water leaking from Seals worn out Check and replace or refer to dealer
