E-MAIL

SEND AND RECEIVE INTERNET E-MAIL MESSAGES

Using the PN-8200 you can connect to the Internet to send and receive

emails.

In the Home screen, press [Start] [Messaging].

Select the Internet e-mail account for which you

want to send and receive messages.

Press [Menu] [Send/Receive]. The phone

connects to your Internet e-mail server and

sends and receives your messages.

To stop this process, Press [Menu] Stop Send/Receive.

ADD A VOICE RECORDING TO AN E-MAIL MESSAGE

Inserting a voice recording is useful when you want to verbally explain

information that is contained in the message.

In the e-mail message area, press [Menu]

[Insert] [Voice Note].

Press

Record

and [Start] speaking into the

phone’s microphone.

When finished speaking, press [Stop].

Press [Done].

Press [Send].
