16.3. Breakdown Self Diagnosis Function
16.3.1. Self Diagnosis Function (Three Digits Alphanumeric Code)
• Once abnormality has occurred during operation, the unit will stop its operation, operation LED blink and system error display
show the error code.
• Although operation LED and system error display goes off when power supply is turned off, if the unit is operated under a
breakdown condition, the operation LED and system error display will light up again.
• In operation after breakdown repair, the operation LED will no more blink and system error display blank did not show any error
code after press the ERROR RESET button to reset or clear the error code.
The last error code (Abnormality) will be stored in IC memory.
• To make a diagnosis
1. Operation LED start to blink and the unit automatically stops the operation.
2. The error code (Abnormality) will be displayed on the system error display.
3. An abnormality error refer to the Error Code Table.
• To display memorized error (Protective operation) status:
1. Turn power on.
2. Press the CHECK button on the control panel continuously for 5 seconds to enter status mode.
3. Press the SEARCH Downward/Upward button for checking error history.
4. Press the CANCEL button or wait 30 seconds to exit status check.
• To “PERMANENTLY ERASE” memorized error (Protective operation) status after repair:
1. Turn power on.
2. Press the ERROR RESET button for 8 seconds to “PERMANENTLY ERASE” the error history.
