Wax Guard Replacement
(Be sure to ask your dispenser)
If your ear feels that sounds are muffled or the sound volume is too low, the wax guard might be clogged.
The clogged wax guard may obstruct the sound or affect the sound quality. Replace it with a new one.
The wax guard is attached to the head of the receiver.
