Timer Controlled Communications

You can send a document to one, or multiple stations at any preset time within the next 24 hours. Up to 10
built-in timers can be set for deferred transmission, and deferred polling.

NOTE

1. If you enter a wrong number in Step 4, press

then re-enter the right number.

2. To change, or cancel the Deferred Communication settings, see pages 84 and 86.
3. When reserving a deferred transmission without storing a document into memory, the following

message will be shown on the display after pressing
