Step 3. Runinng Watcher
 

3.1 Run Watcher by executing the Watcher.exe. 

On a successful execution, if the modem is not activated, a “Not Activated” message will
appear and the Activation Wizard will be launched automatically. If “Initialization failed”
message is displayed, refer to the section on “Using Port Tool” 

NOTE: 

Both (Data &

Watcher) COM ports need to be attached for Watcher to execute properly.
