8 Disassembly and 

Assembly Instructions

Caution:

Exchange printed circuit board after confirm parts number.

8.1.

TH-32LRT12U-A Instructions

• To disassemble P.C.B., wait for 1 minute after power was off

for discharge from electrolysis capacitors.

•

8.1.1. Removal of Pedestal Assy and

Back Cover

1. Remove screws (x15 

, x3  , x1

, x4

 ) and then

remove the Pedestal Assy.

2. Remove the AC cord from the slot.
3. Remove the Back Cover.

8.1.2 Removal of EMI Case Unit

1. Remove screws (x3 

, x4  , x3 

) and then remove the

AV cover.

2. Remove 4 screws ( ), disconnect the connectors and

then remove the EMI Case.

3. Disconnect the connectors including Speaker (R), 

speaker (L), CON33, CON42, CON34 CN1 (panel 
inverter), CN1 (panel driver), and remove the 13 foil.
