11. Plug in the power cord, turn on the display, and enter into Factory mode again to check if software has been upgraded.

13. After at least 10 seconds, the upper right corner will display

HDMI1

to indicate that software upgrade of main micon eeprom is

completed.

14. Enter into Factory mode (

) again and input all 6 groups of values recorded before software upgrade.

15. Perform YPbPr mode AUTO WHITE:

Set input to YPbPr mode and enter H Patter 1080i. Go to (

) menu under factory mode and run [

ADC Auto White

]. Wait for

auto adjustment to finish.

16. Perform PC mode AUTO WHITE:

Exit factory mode and set input to

and input Color BAR XGA. Go to (

) menu under factory mode and run [

ADC Auto

White

]. Wait for auto adjustment to finish.

NOTE:

1. Perform steps 13 and 14 every time you upgrade main micon eeprom software..

2. The gray H pattern should be inputted when AUTO WHITE for YPbPr mode.
3. If 6 groups of values in Factory mode (

) were not recorded before upgrade, you have to adjust the white balance

settings manually according to the procedures of white balance adjustment in the previous section.
