Change the frequency step according to the area.

Preparation

: Press [RADIO/BAND] to switch on the power.

Press and hold [RADIO/BAND]
until the step appears.

Within 10 seconds

Press to select the step.

Press and hold [MEMORY/RECALL] until the frequency appears
to confirm the step.

To return to the previous frequency step

Repeat the above procedure.

Changing the step erases the stations you stored in memory.

Set to “MONO” when there is noise during FM reception.
Sound becomes monaural, but noise is reduced.

buffer to fill up completely (CD-DA: 45 seconds, MP3: 100 seconds).

It may occasionally skip if used by an aggressive runner, or by
someone with a heavy, jarring stride.
