[P-TIMER]
Set and operate the presentation timer function.

The [P-TIMER] screen is displayed.

[MODE] Switches the elapsed time between [COUNT UP] and [COUNT DOWN].
[TIMER]
Sets the finish time of timer when [COUNT DOWN] is selected.
[START] / [STOP] /
[RESTART]
Operates the timer.
[RESET] Resets the count.
[EXIT] [P-TIMER] is finished.
Setting [MODE]

[COUNT UP] Displays the elapsed time from count started.
[COUNT DOWN] Displays the remaining time for the time in set in [TIMER] menu.
Setting the countdown timer
Press 1)

to select [TIMER].

to set the timer.
The timer can be set from 1 to 180 minutes in 1 increment.

The factory default setting is 10 minutes.

[TIMER] is available only when [MODE] is set to [COUNT DOWN].

The operation of [P-TIMER]
Press 1)

to select [START], [STOP] or [RESTART].
[START]
Starts counting.
[STOP] Stops counting.
[RESTART] Restarts counting.
Press the <ENTER> button. 2)
When you select [START] or [RESTART], the remaining time or the elapsed time will be displayed in the lower right of

the projected image.
When you select [STOP], the remaining time or the elapsed time while stopping the counting will be displayed in the
f
lower right of the projected image.
When [RESTART] is selected, then go to step 3).

Press the <MENU> button 3 times and then the menu screen will disappear. 3)
The start time will be displayed in the lower right of the projected image.

You can also use the P-TIMER function by pressing the <P-TIMER> button on the remote control (

If the elapsed time or remaining time is displaying, the text will not be displayed even when the [SECURITY] menu → [TEXT

DISPLAY] ( Æ page 74) is set to [ON].
The elapsed time or remaining time will not be display when the Menu screen is displaying.

The start time will be "000:00" when [MODE] is set to [COUNT UP].
