1) The voltage feedback is applied to pin 9 of IC801 via the opto-coupler IC,

IC811.

2)  Current feedback is applied via pin 4 of IC801.
3)  Over Voltage Protection (OVP) is provided via pin 8 of IC801.
4)  Under Voltage Lock Out (UVLO) is sensed at pin 7 of IC801.
