To make ice*

Take out the water supply tank.

Fill with water.

Install the water supply tank.
Water supply
tank
Fill water if the level is below
the “Min” line.
Do not add
water over the
“Max” line.
Lid
Push the water
supply tank in
completely.
Slide the lid and fill water
into the tank then put the lid
back in place.
Confirm the direction of
the tank and install until it
reached the end lock.
(If water supply tank is not
reach the end lock, ice
making is not possible)
* Ice can be made in approx. 2 hours, temperature in each compartment set to “Med”, doors
not opened.
To make ice quickly
„
When [Quick Ice] is set, the speed of ice making is increased.
Ice can be made within 90 minutes* at the quickest.

Press the [Enter] button on the door control
panel to start the operation (P. 8).

Press the [Up] or [Down] button until the
LED blinks at [Quick Ice], then press the
[Enter] button to select.

Press the [Enter] button again to confirm
selection.
When setting is completed, there is a
buzzer sound and [Quick Ice] LED turns on.
Notices
● When you want to stop quick ice making in
the middle, repeat step

on the left.
The [Quick Ice] LED will turn off.
● After approximately 6 hours, it will
automatically return to normal auto ice
making.
● When defrosting is on, the [Quick Ice] LED
will flash. Quick ice making will restart
automatically when defrost is completed.
● During quick ice making, energy
consumption increases more than usual.
● ECONAVI does not operate while Quick Ice
has been set.
* Ambient temperature of 20 °C, temperature in each compartment set to “Med”, doors not opened.
To stop auto ice making

Stop auto ice making if you do not want to make ice and before cleaning the ice box.

Press the [Enter] button on the door control

[Enter] button to select.

The [Stop Ice] LED will turn off.
Notices
● When the automatic ice making is not used
for long time it is recommened to stop auto
ice making, empty the water supply tank and
clean it.
● Discard the stored ice in the ice box,
otherwise ice cubes get round or connected
by sublimation.
● Some ice that is on process of making will
be released to the tray again after [Stop Ice]
is cancelled.
