1-1-1 High-speed and High Accuracy Printing
Improving the structure and making the X-Y table high-speed reduced the board transfer time
greatly, effecting to the printing tact (including board recognition) to 50 % to 60 % of general
printer. (compared at us)

The high speed and high accuracy are achieved at the high level.

The board transfer time differs depending upon the board size, the height of parts at the reverse
side, or the printing condition (use of the board stopper or holder, etc.).
1-1-2 High Quality Printing
The new type of digital head with feedback function is set.
The set print is properly achieved by not only the digital setting of printing pressure, but also
detecting the opposite force by the mask during printing, and running the feedback.
The full-floating print at the low print pressure and our original plate-parting control carry out the
stable fine-pitch printing.
The atmosphere control unit (optional) keeps the top face of mask the best temperature con-
stantly.
Also, it has an excellent moisture controller which enables the stable printing even in using the
liquid solder.
