If the computer goes into sleep, is locked, or goes into hibernate while using USB Device Mode, the
video camera/microphone of the HD Visual Communication Unit may not be able to be used with the
computer. In this case, perform one of the following operations.

Disconnect and then reconnect the USB cable

Set "USB Device Mode" to "OFF" and then set it again to "ON" (Page 133)

If the USB cable is disconnected and the reconnected while general conference applications installed
on a computer are operating, the video camera/microphone of the HD Visual Communication Unit may
not be able to be used with the computer. In this case, perform one or both of the following operations.

Restart the general conference applications

Set "USB Device Mode" to "OFF" and then set it again to "ON" (Page 133)
