Using Phone Book
a) Storing Names and Numbers
Press the soft keys (
) then the soft key (
C
). Press the soft key

), then enter a name and phone number using dialing buttons
(0–9) and the soft keys (
and
) by following the display.

b) Dialing from the Phone Book
Press the soft key (
) then the soft key (

). Search for the
desired item by pressing [

] or [
B
], then press [

] or [

].

c) Chain Dial
You can dial a combination of phone book or manual key pad entries while
making a call. This feature can be used, for example, to first automatically
dial a calling card access number that you have stored in the phone book,
then manually or automatically dial your PIN, and then automatically dial the
destination number from the phone book.
Press [MENU], then press [1] to access the phone book, while you are
on a call. Search for the desired item by pressing [
d
] or [
B
], then
press the soft key (
).

If required, repeat steps for any remaining numbers.

Using Caller List
Please make sure that you have already subscribed to Caller ID service.
a) Viewing the Caller List
Press [

] to search the Caller List.

b) Calling Back from the Caller List
Press [

] or [

] while you are viewing a phone number to call back.
If you need to edit a phone number before calling back, press the soft

) then the soft key

. You can delete “1” or “1 with
area code” by pressing the soft key
(
)
repeatedly.

c) Caller ID Number Auto Edit
Once you call back an edited number (see above), this unit can
automatically edit incoming phone numbers from the same area code in the
Caller List and each time you receive a call.
You need to turn on this feature. (*Factory preset is ON.)
