1.1.1 Before Operating a Telephone

We recommend using SMS-enabled Panasonic 
SLTs.

In this manual, "proprietary telephone" ("PT") means an analogue proprietary telephone (APT).

Important Notice

Prior to connection of this product, please verify that the intended operating environment is supported.
Satisfactory performance cannot be guaranteed for the following:

interoperability and compatibility with all devices and systems connected to this product

proper operation and compatibility with services provided by telecommunications companies over 
connected networks

A Panasonic telephone that is equipped 
with a Navigator Key and a display helps 
you to access various features easily. 
The Message/Ringer lamp (if equipped) 
informs you of any calls or messages 
waiting.
