Important Information
CA Call Account stores the following sensitive information:

Phonebook data (user information)
•
Settings and call charge information
•
SMDR passwords for PBXs
•
User account information
•
Access logs
In order to prevent data theft and leakage, we recommend the following:
•
Securely erase all sensitive data when transferring or disposing of the computer.
•
Do not leave the computer unattended while the software is running, and set a password-protected
screensaver to activate after your computer has been idle for a set amount of time.
•
Carefully manage access to the computer, and limit access to your local network only.
•
Periodically change the passwords for user accounts.
•
Set a login password that is at least 5 characters long, and contains a combination of letters and numbers.
•
Make sure to confirm and update access privileges when users change computers.
•
Use Windows Update to keep your system up-to-date with the latest software patches.

This software is a trial version, valid until 30 June 2009. If you would like to purchase the software,
contact your dealer.
•
If you exit CA Call Accounting, the SMDR data will be accumulated on the PBX. However, there is a
limit to the amount of data that can be stored on the PBX. For details, refer to the PBX documentation.

The contents and design of the software are subject to change without notice.
